Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to keep. This page lists every one that iotique.it uses — there are not many — and how to change your mind.

Essential cookies
These make the site work and are set without asking, as Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code allows. They hold no advertising identifier and are never read by anyone but us.

Analytics cookies
Set only after you press “Accept analytics”. Until then the Google script is not requested at all, so no cookie is written and no data reaches Google.

We run Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation on and Google Signals, advertising features and data sharing switched off. We use it to see which pages get read and which do not. Google acts as our processor; what it does with the data as a controller is described in its privacy policy. See also our privacy policy for retention and international transfers.
What we deliberately don't use
- No advertising, retargeting or profiling cookies.
- No social network buttons or embedded widgets.
- No session recording, heatmaps or A/B testing tools.
- No fonts or scripts fetched from third-party CDNs — typefaces are compiled into the site and served from our own domain, so loading a page contacts nobody but us.
Changing your mind
You can switch analytics on or off whenever you like. Turning it off also deletes the Google cookies already in your browser.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser's settings — every major browser lets you do this per site. Blocking the essential cookies is fine; it only means the site forgets your language and asks about cookies again.
Updates
If we ever add a cookie, it appears in the table above and the date at the top changes. Anything non-essential would ask for your consent first.
